Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Clinic Manager for Primary Care South in Tinley Park. You will lead a physician-driven team to achieve financial and patient-satisfaction goals, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and ensure high-quality care across the clinic.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, strategic planning, and compliance with organizational policies while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RN degree and active Illinois licensure required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum five years of professional nursing experience with supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to achieve practice goals including financial targets and patient satisfaction.
• Plan and budget resources to deliver effective patient care and set short-range targets.
• Monitor financial and patient outcomes; investigate variances and drive improvement.
• Lead human resources activities: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews.
• Assess patient experience and address complaints to meet expectations.
• Represent MPAS in management committees and community engagement.
• Provide clinical leadership, coordinate nursing staff schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure policy compliance.
