• Successful completion of student teaching and coursework for the Illinois teaching certificate.

• Ability to tailor instruction to diverse student needs and effective parent communication.
• Good oral and written communication and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and prepare instructional materials aligned with objectives.
• Evaluate pupil progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with parents about progress and conduct.
