Responsibilities

Plan lessons aligned to state and parish curriculum requirements.
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) when appropriate.
Deliver instruction effectively and manage the classroom.
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with instructional staff, parents, and community resources to improve student outcomes.
Perform duties related to professional growth, self-evaluation, and school-wide activities.
