Responsibilities

• Creates an educational environment conducive to learning and prepares instructional materials.
• Establishes classroom behavior standards and maintains management.
• Assesss student progress with tests and reports to parents and staff.
• Plans curriculum and lessons to meet student needs per requirements.
• Confers with parents and staff to develop educational programs.
• Creates learning materials aligned to student abilities and interests.
• Instructs students using strategies to support development across domains.
• Motivates students and provides ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Maintains accurate records per laws and district regulations.
• Supports administration in policy implementation and conduct.
• Sponsors student activities and tutors as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
