You'll handle substantive work from day one, draft motions, take depositions, and participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

We offer flexible work arrangements—remote, hybrid, or onsite—plus a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, with compensation scales beyond that

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years civil litigation experience.
• Proven track record drafting and arguing motions.
• Active member of the California State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Keep clients and insurers informed and confident throughout the process.
• Deliver sound litigation advice grounded in experience.
• Own your docket and manage day-to-day tasks with billable targets.
