Lorber, Greenfield & Olsen, LLP in San Diego, CA seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–3+ years of bodily injury civil litigation experience to join our dynamic team. You will draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations with direct access to firm partners.

This role is hands-on from day one, offering meaningful responsibility, collaboration with seasoned litigators, and opportunities to influence case strategy while you manage

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of bodily injury civil litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and argumentation of motions.
• Confidence navigating the California court system.
• Skilled at depositions and witness examinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—clear articulation of complex matters.
• Strong analytical instincts and sound judgment.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and persuasion.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Keep clients and their insurers informed and confident throughout the process.
• Deliver sound legal advice grounded in real litigation experience.
• Own your docket—manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets.
