• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions and adjusts based on patient response.
• Provides education to patients, families, and other health care providers using clear teaching methods.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the therapy EMR and communicates progress to the referring provider.
• Collaborates with the patient, family, and team to address goals and discharge planning.
