Requirements include MA EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher Certification and prior childcare experience. The position offers an afternoon weekday schedule with compensation of $22–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
• Previous childcare or preschool experience is preferred.
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms during the afternoon.
• Help maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios.
• Assist with snack, playground time, activities, and dismissal.
• Help prepare classrooms for the following day.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
