Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous substituting or teaching experience preferred.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Enviornment Requirements and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school.
• Follows the lesson plan left by the teacher for whom they substitute and maintains classroom order.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters; ensures a classroom conducive to active learning.
