Quechan Casino Resort/Paradise Casino in Winterhaven, CA seeks an experienced Promotions & Events Coordinator for a full-time role in its casino marketing team. The position requires hands-on development of property promotions, event logistics, and cross-location coordination.

Responsibilities include vendor liaison, ticketing support, and post-event evaluations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in events or promotions and a bilingual English/Spanish preference.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in event planning or promotions execution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be 21+ and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check for gaming license in CA and AZ.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement all property promotions and events with the team.
• Assist with artist/show production logistics, including food, transportation, and other needs.
• Coordinate promotional event details (ordering, display, setup/teardown of giveaways).
• Work with cross-property teams to ensure consistent promotions and events across locations.
• Support box office operations, including ticketing procedures and accounting.
