Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a promotions events coordinator to create, plan and execute on-property and public events and themes that drive excitement and revenue. You will work with multiple departments to promote activities and engage guests across the casino floor.

You will host drawings, announcements and award ceremonies, manage sign-ups, and maintain event documentation while upholding company policies and RAC/Humility values.

Qualifications

• One year related experience and/or education.
• Basic Office software knowledge.
• Ability to learn and operate industry software and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and promote on-property and public events/themes.
• Assist with drawings, promotions, slot tournaments and prizes.
• Host promotions, announcements and award ceremonies on property audio system.
• Generate excitement and celebrate promotions and events.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and files of all records related to promotions and events.
• Create, review and submit rules and procedures for inter-company communications.
• Gather email addresses and Cache Club sign-ups both on and off property.
• Perform and maintain inventory counts for promotional materials.
• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort at both on and off property events.
• Distribute promotions collateral on and off property.
• Comply with company rules, policies and procedures.
• Must be a team player and interact effectively with coworkers, volunteers, the public and media.
