Job summary

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Florida seeks a Cath Lab Registered Nurse for PRN coverage in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care in a procedural environment and support the team in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities include assessing care plans pre/intra/post procedures, assisting physicians, maintaining patient records, and administering medications as ordered.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
