Job summary

Kidcam Camps @ City Park is seeking a capable leader to direct our summer program. You will lead a team, know your campers and families, and model the Kidcam Way with energy and high standards.

Minimum 25 years of age by start date; Bachelor’s preferred. Experience in education, recreation, or camp management and supervising staff is essential. CPR/First Aid certification will be coordinated prior to camp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 25 years of age by start date.
• Experience in education, recreation, camp management, social work, psychology, or related fields.
• Experience in supervising employees (including young adults).
• First Aid & CPR certified; training coordinated prior to camp start.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn and manage the Kidcam Camp Software System.

• Lead the camp team and ensure a high-energy, safe environment for campers.
• Build relationships with campers and families; set standards and expectations.
• Oversee staff development and ensure high-quality program delivery.
