Job summary

Great Basin Brewing Company Reno is seeking a motivated Busser to join our team. You will be responsible for keeping the dining area clean, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting servers to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of food service, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join us to help ensure guests enjoy timely service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull 30lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide water service.
• Provide bread service.
• Maintain proper beverage levels at the table.
• Clear tables.
• Maintain table maintenance.
• Mark tables for each course if necessary.
• Serve food.
• Reset tables.
• Re-stock service stations.
• Assist servers, hosts, and bartenders as needed.
• Maintain the neatness, cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
