The ONE GROUP in Denver is seeking a friendly Busser to maintain a clean, organized dining area and to support servers, helping guests have an exceptional experience in a fast-paced setting.

As a Busser you will greet guests, clear and reset tables, assist with delivering food and beverages, monitor restrooms, and coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth seating and turnover. This position requires basic English, stands for long hours, and involves lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide water service upon seating.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Keep dining area clean and organized (floors, chairs, booths).
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages during peak times.
• Monitor restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Coordinate with hosts and servers to maintain seating efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate special needs.
• Handle tableware and transport items to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with restaurant setup and side work; follow sanitation rules.
• Support overall operations to maintain a high-energy dining atmosphere.
