Anthony’s in Tacoma, WA is seeking a part-time Busser to support a busy dining room. You’ll clear and reset tables, assist servers with refills, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating.
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any issues or special guest needs to management.
