About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order taking, timely food and beverage delivery, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain smooth service flow. This role requires a strong focus on communication, multitasking, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications:

Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after 500 hoursof employment. Sick Leave is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
