Job summary

Anthony’s is a family-owned restaurant group with 26 locations across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, seeking a part-time Busser in Des Moines, WA. The Busser helps clear and reset tables, assist servers, and support service during busy periods to maintain a welcoming dining environment.

You will work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a tidy dining area, contributing to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic understanding of restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next seating.
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items, and responding to guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any issues or special guest needs to management.
