Job summary

You will work as part of a team, train using tablets or computer, and contribute to a consistently clean and well-stocked bar during shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to understand policies and sanitation standards.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must attend orientation and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards.
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking the bar and cleaning.
• Ensure the bar is always well stocked.
• Change kegs, check taps and appliances for proper operation.
