Qualifications

• Experience as a barback or in a fine dining/high-volume setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and basic drink preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar supplies and manage inventory.
• Keep bar area clean and organized; assist with drink prep.
• Run food and beverages to guests with servers.
• Engage with guests professionally and provide menu information.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations; report issues promptly.
