Instructors may teach face-to-face or online courses, evaluate performances, maintain gradebooks, and support student success while upholding IWCC’s mission and policies. A master’s degree is required; if not in teaching field, 12 graduate credit hours in the discipline

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; if field not teaching, 12 graduate credits in discipline.
• Iowa guidelines set minimum standards for hire and for continued employment.

Responsabilités

• Teach classes as assigned by the academic dean.
• Evaluate and report student performance per policies.
• Maintain a current gradebook and meet deadlines.
• Organize labs and deliver quality education programs.
• Promote academic integrity and professional demeanor.
• Be available for student questions and conferences.
• Refer students to college resources as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA/Title IX; follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
