Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with at least 6 graduate credits in Accounting.
• Master’s degree in an unrelated field with at least 12 graduate credits in Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• A current CPA, CMA, CFA, or other accounting certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach accounting classes as assigned by the academic dean.
• Evaluate and report student performance and progress.
• Organize and teach labs as assigned.
• Complete required reports and maintain gradebooks.
• Promote academic integrity and professional demeanor.
• Be available to answer student questions outside of class time.
• Help students achieve their educational and career goals.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA and Title IX policies.
