Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the classroom teacher or department.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet students' diverse learning needs and maintain instructional continuity.
• Facilitate learning in accordance with Windham Board of Education curriculum standards and goals.
• Engage students in meaningful learning activities and maintain classroom routines and expectations.
• Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress, challenges, and activities.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator and/or Superintendent.
