Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the assigned territory. You will engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, explain promotions, collect feedback, and help drive brand awareness while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and follow program guidelines.
• Administer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration and build rapport with store staff.
• Document activity results and consumer interactions in reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets; travel as needed.
