FS Staffing LLC is seeking a dynamic Onsite Manager in Bloomfield, CT. This full-time role focuses on overseeing daily staffing operations at the Bloomfield distribution center, managing on-site staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), possess hands-on leadership in a fast-paced staffing environment, and drive exceptional service while ensuring compliance and safe operations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of staffing industry management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the client, workforce, and internal support teams.
• Oversee daily on-site operations within the distribution center to ensure productivity, attendance, and service level expectations are met.
• Manage on-site workforce scheduling, headcount, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission for all on-site employees.
• Monitor employee performance and address coaching, corrective actions, and escalations as needed.
• Conduct daily check-ins and shift start meetings to maintain clear communication.
