Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Milton Union Exempted Village School in West Milton, OH for the 2026-2027 school year.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers $14.50 per hour and a schedule covering morning and/or afternoon programs, with duties to supervise and engage children through the Healthy Kids Curriculum while modeling safety, fun, and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
• Health clearance, including TB screening, per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities) and homework.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and model positive behavior.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and school rules.
• Support program operations including attendance, registration, and staffing.
