Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs at Milton Union Exempted Village School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Part-time, non-exempt role in West Milton, OH. The schedule follows the school calendar with Morning Program 6:45 AM–7:45 AM and Afternoon Program 2:45 PM–6:00 PM, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience working with kids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
