Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs at Milton Union Exempted Village School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Part-time, non-exempt position with the employer paying childcare during work hours. Salary is based on $14.50 per hour, with morning and/or afternoon shifts available. Program operates on the school calendar.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities for school-age children using the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies.
• Support program operations such as attendance records and registration.

LOCATION: Milton Union Exempted Village School in West Milton, OH

PAY: $14.50 per hour

SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar
Morning Program: 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM
Afternoon Program: 2:45 PM-6:00 PM

Opportunities may be available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Position Responsibilities
