Palm Beach Tan - Premiere Entertainment, LLC is seeking outgoing sales people to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment and requires an upbeat professional presence.

We offer full-time schedules with benefits, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and opportunities for training and development in a retail tanning setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

Conoscenze
