Job summary

Total Spectrum in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We emphasize assent-based treatment, parental partnership, and individualized care.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development. You'll collaborate with LEARN Behavioral, join a nationwide network of BCBAs, and work under strong clinical leadership to support students'

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) through competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
