Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a Bartender for DCA to deliver a distinctive hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of bartending experience, be at least 18 years old, and possess a strong understanding of beverages. Certification in TIPS and ServSafe is required within specified timeframes. Candidates must be flexible to work various hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. in weight.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by executing OTG steps of service.
• Prepare drinks following OTG recipes.
• Communicate with chefs to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service stations.
• Monitor and report intoxicated guests.
