The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to join our fast-paced venues. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests, and ensure a memorable bar experience.

Building guest connections is essential as you balance speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of bartending experience, strong guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 1–2 years bartending experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve drinks per standard recipes.
• Receive orders and serve food to bar guests.
• Maintain bar inventory and stock; assist restocking and side work.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu, dietary needs, and services; answer questions.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payments, report gratuities.
