The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a bartender to join our fast-paced bar team. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, engage with guests, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work.
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income.
