Dave & Buster’s and Main Event are hiring to deliver a high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will engage Guests, take orders, and provide attentive service across food and beverage stations.

As a team member, you will handle Micros transactions, ensure accurate payments, and maintain cleanliness while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Wamiliar with fast-paced restaurant/bar environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through fast, friendly service.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into Micros.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Ensure proper garnishing and timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and safe alcohol service.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all Guests and support team.
