Dave & Buster’s and Main Event in Bristol, TN is seeking team members to deliver top-notch guest experiences with food, beverages, and games. You’ll take orders, process payments, and keep your station clean in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Experience in customer service is preferred. You’ll work nights/weekends as needed and maintain friendly interactions with guests while following company sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Wamiliar with basic cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the Micros system.
• Handle payments, make change, and manage cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean work station and assist with setup/teardown as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures and alcohol awareness guidelines.
• Provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment and support team members.
