Dave & Buster’s and Main Event are hiring friendly restaurant and bar team members in Des Moines to deliver fast, attentive service and create a welcoming environment. You will take orders, enter them into Micros, process payments, and help keep stations clean throughout shifts.

Experience is welcome but not required; you must be at least 21, able to read and communicate in English, and available for days, nights, or weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into Micros.
• Process payments, handle credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and assist with setup/teardown as needed.
• Provide attentive service to ensure a positive guest experience.
