Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prefer at least 1 year of bartending in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Service of beverage and/or food, including taking orders, delivery and clearing of items.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS to inform the kitchen.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by all liquor laws and policies.
