Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to serve alcohol.
• Prefer bar experience but not required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink menus and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders at the bar and lounge.
• Deliver orders within established time frames.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar.
• Assist in placing orders for liquor and bar supplies.
• Conduct inventory of liquor and bar supplies.
