Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Albert Lea restaurant team. You will craft beverages, engage guests, and provide standout service in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings, ensuring accurate orders and timely service. A minimum of 1–2 years bartending experience is required, with emphasis on customer relations and workplace safety. Must be 21+ and possess relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old; Nevada TAM Card required.
• Food Handler Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, stocked.
• Process orders using POS and handle cash/credit.
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with alcohol laws.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen for timely service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory and restocking.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation standards.
