LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Albert Lea restaurant team. You will craft beverages, engage guests, and provide standout service in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings, ensuring accurate orders and timely service. A minimum of 1–2 years bartending experience is required, with emphasis on customer relations and workplace safety. Must be 21+ and possess relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old; Nevada TAM Card required.
• Food Handler Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.

LV Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team located in Albert Lea. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages, attentive service, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino/hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
