Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe seeks an energetic Bartender to engage guests, craft drinks to spec, and uphold the iconic service standards of our brand.

You will handle cash, upsell, maintain bar cleanliness, check IDs, and contribute to memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years of bartending experience is required, with food safety certification where required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience.
• In some states, a food safety certification may be required to serve food or alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks to recipe and portion sizes.
• Demonstrate responsible alcohol service and check IDs.
• Serve food and handle cash with accuracy.
• Use POS for sales transactions and maintain balanced cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and inventory.
• Provide friendly, engaging service to create memorable experiences.
• Direct guests and assist with questions about menu and venue.
