Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Atlantic City is seeking a part-time bartender to join our high-volume team. You will craft drinks to specification, handle payments, check IDs, and provide a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar, stocking inventory, and using our POS system while delivering friendly service and upholding Hard Rock standards. Prior experience and a safe service mindset are essential.

• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Making drinks to spec recipe.
• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
• Serving food.
• Handling cash & other forms of payment.
• Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system.
• Properly checking I.D.s for guests who appear to be under 30 years old.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Stocking liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift.
• Directing guests to areas/restrooms.
