Job summary

The Hard Rock Cafe is seeking an energetic Bartender to deliver memorable guest experiences by taking orders, mixing cocktails, and presenting menus with enthusiasm. You’ll greet guests, explain specials, and ensure accurate bills while maintaining a clean, lively bar area.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of high-volume bartending, strong knowledge of beer, liquor and wine, and excellent service skills.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge.
• Knowledge of ingredients, spirits, beer, and wines.
• Demonstrate spirit differentiation and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer drink orders.
• Greet guests and provide outstanding service; explain specials.
• Totals bills, collects payment and reconciles cash.
• Maintain bar area and inventory; ensure cleanliness.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes and standards.
• Develop cocktail recipes when directed by management.
