Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following house recipes.
• Interact with guests, create rapport with regulars, provide recommendations, operate as a team player.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service.
