Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain bar supplies at opening and throughout the shift.
• Assist with washing glassware, cutting fruit, stocking coolers, and filling ice bins.
• Polish all glassware before restocking.
• Wipe down work areas to comply with sanitation codes and manage chemicals in dishwasher.
• Provide opening and closing of food and beverage outlet and prepare items for customers.
