Job summary

Bars & Recreation is seeking Crew Members and Bartenders to act as hospitality ambassadors across multiple venues in Milwaukee. You will greet guests, take orders, bartend, prepare snacks, and deliver food and drinks while assisting with custom events and training staff.

The role emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and upselling opportunities, with a team-driven culture and cross-training across facilities. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience.
• Preference for candidates with activity host experience (emcee, resort/banquet host, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, bartend, and deliver food and beverages.
• Assist with Custom Events and provide activity training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue and equipment.
• Monitor safety and enforce house rules; upsell to guests.
• Support offsite events and guest satisfaction initiatives.
