Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation in Buffalo, NY seeks a Beverage Bar Back to support beverage operations by stocking stations, preparing fruit, ice, and glassware, and delivering bar supplies. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working a 24-hour schedule.

You will interact with guests and staff, maintain cleanliness, and follow internal policies and security guidelines. English communication is essential, and prior bar or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as juice guns, ice machines, mixers, soda guns and other beverage stock equipment.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Obtain supplies and equipment for each beverage station and place fruits, glasses and silverware in their places.
• Prepare fruit, fill ice bins and clean ashtrays.
• Wash glasses for the bartender and clear debris from the bar.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.
• Attend necessary meetings and meet attendance guidelines; comply with policies and procedures.
• May be called upon to deliver ice and beverages to bars; operate four-wheel carts.
• Duties may change as needed.
