Job summary

Seneca Niagara Falls Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Bar Back to provide friendly, excellent service while keeping the beverage area clean and stocked. You will assist with requisitioned bar supplies, operate carts, and support bartenders across multiple bars in the casino.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication in English. Training and compliance with all safety, security, and liquor policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to all food and beverage policies, procedures and liquor laws including TIPS and Alcohol Awareness.
• Maintain a clean, stocked beverage area and assist with supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assist in delivering ice, replenishing stock, and supporting beverage stations across the casino.
