Responsibilities

Deliver banking solutions by understanding customer financial needs and uncovering opportunities for deposits.
Open, close, and maintain all deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes.
Lead staff, provide coaching, and manage branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
Advise customers on financial matters including business accounts, foreign exchange, estates, trusts, IRAs, and wire transfers.
Drive customer satisfaction and branch performance through the VOC program and coaching tools.
