Description/Notes: Direct and manage overall program of music. Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular band activities and ensure compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements

Salary Range: State Base Plus:
* $3,000 above base stipend
* Recruitment and Retention Bonus of $1,000 - 1st year, $1,500 - 2nd year, $2,500 - 3rd year.
* Yearly bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $5,000
* Competitive Stipend and additional days paid for summer related duties.

* District has a scholarship endowment for all students of WVISD of $2,600 for every year student is in attendance. ($33,800 for K-12 student continuously enrolled)
